Job description

Responsibilities

Conduct productivity analysis and implement improvements to optimize organizational performance.
Provide financial and economic analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to communicate findings.
Assist in change management initiatives to ensure the smooth implementation of strategies.

Requirements

Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in Business Analyst, Enterprise Strategy, and Operational Efficiency.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Minimum GPA of 3.25.

Strong analytical skills and data analysis.

Knowledge of corporate strategy development and productivity improvement frameworks.

Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to dynamic environments.

Familiarity with financial modeling and economic analysis techniques is a plus.
