Corporate Secretary Staff

Responsibilities

• Support communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in preparing corporate communication materials (presentations, publications, and reports) and manage the company’s website
• Organizing key corporate events such as General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), Public Expose, and reporting to OJK & IDX
• Assist in the preparation of the Annual Report, Sustainability Report, and ESG Report
• Perform other tasks related to Corporate Secretary functions
