Data Collection, Cleaning, Data Preparation Statistical Modeling, Data Mining, Advanced Analytics Market Research, Customer Behavior Analysis, Trend Identification Simulation Modeling, Impact Analysis, Campaign Evaluation Insight Generation, Storytelling, Strategic Recommendations Performance Monitoring, Reporting, Dashboard Creation A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. At least 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. Expertise In-depth knowledge of data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and predictive modeling. Expertise in using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or equivalent platforms. Strong skills in data interpretation, storytelling, and presenting insights to stakeholders. Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles. Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques.

The Insights role focuses on performing advanced analytics and statistical modeling to provide data-driven insights that support strategic business, sales, marketing, and product development decisions. This position involves analyzing large data sets to uncover market trends, customer buying patterns, and business sector opportunities, enabling organizations to make informed decisions that enhance commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Collection and Preparation : Gather and clean large data sets for analysis, availability of high-quality, clean data for analysis.
- Complex Analytics and Statistical Modeling : Perform statistical modeling and advanced analytics on collected data, accurate statistical models and analytics driving decisions.
- Market and Customer Trend Analysis : Analyze market and customer trends to identify opportunities and challenges, identification of actionable market and customer trends.
- Adhoc Actionable Insights Generation : Deliver actionable insights to inform business and marketing decisions, actionable recommendations improving commercial performance.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making : Provide strategic business insights to support decisions, improved decision quality and timeliness.
- Operational Insights : Utilize internal knowledge to develop forward-looking strategies, proactive operational adjustments based on insights.
- Opportunity Prioritization : Identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities, defined priority list of initiatives with potential ROI.
