Head of Business Planning & Insights is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the alignment of business operations with the company’s mission and strategic objectives. This role requires a strong focus on strategy development, planning, and execution to ensure the company remains competitive and forward-thinking.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development : Align business operations with the company's mission and goals. Clear and actionable strategic plans.
- Industry & Market Research : Analyze industry and competitive trends to identify opportunities. Identified emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Opportunity Prioritization : Identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities. Defined priority list of initiatives with potential ROI.
- Planning & Implementation : Develop implementation plans for prioritized initiatives. Timely and efficient implementation of business initiatives.
- Forecasting & Budgeting : Develop forecasting models, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Accurate and realistic forecasts and budgets.
- Operational Insights : Utilize internal knowledge to develop forward-looking strategies. Proactive operational adjustments based on insights.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making : Provide strategic business insights to support decisions. Improved decision quality and timeliness.
- Commercial Alignment : Align commercial objectives with national goals and optimize performance. Optimized commercial performance and goal alignment.
- Performance Optimization : Develop initiatives to optimize overall business performance. Increased efficiency and productivity across functions.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in business strategy, planning, or a related role.Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role involving strategic planning and execution.Expertise In-depth knowledge of business operations, resource allocation, and financial planning.Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and creating data-driven strategic models.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools, financial modeling software, and business intelligence platforms.Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
