Head of Business Planning & Insights is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the alignment of business operations with the company’s mission and strategic objectives. This role requires a strong focus on strategy development, planning, and execution to ensure the company remains competitive and forward-thinking.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy Development : Align business operations with the company's mission and goals. Clear and actionable strategic plans.
• Industry & Market Research : Analyze industry and competitive trends to identify opportunities. Identified emerging market trends and opportunities.
• Opportunity Prioritization : Identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities. Defined priority list of initiatives with potential ROI.
• Planning & Implementation : Develop implementation plans for prioritized initiatives. Timely and efficient implementation of business initiatives.
• Forecasting & Budgeting : Develop forecasting models, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Accurate and realistic forecasts and budgets.
• Operational Insights : Utilize internal knowledge to develop forward-looking strategies. Proactive operational adjustments based on insights.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making : Provide strategic business insights to support decisions. Improved decision quality and timeliness.
• Commercial Alignment : Align commercial objectives with national goals and optimize performance. Optimized commercial performance and goal alignment.
