Head of Growth Forex & Trading

As we expand our presence in the global trading landscape, we are seeking a Head of Growth – Forex & Trading to take ownership of our marketing efforts and drive scalable growth.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Development :  Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy tailored for the forex and prop trading space.
• Execution of Marketing Campaigns :  Independently manage and execute campaigns across paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Customer Acquisition :  Drive new trader signups through effective marketing funnels, optimizing conversion rates and lowering acquisition costs.
• Content & Creative Leadership :  Develop impactful marketing content for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and website enhancements.
• Affiliate & Partnership Management :  Build and expand strategic partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and forex industry leaders to scale growth.
• Performance Analysis :  Track, measure, and optimize campaigns based on data insights, ensuring KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and customer retention are met.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with the sales, product, and development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Market Positioning :  Identify key trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities within the forex and prop trading industry.
