E-commerce Trading Executive

Responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day online trading performance across all platforms and brand.com. This role requires strong analytical and commercial skills, an understanding of e‑commerce trends in Indonesia, and a proactive, result‑driven mindset with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trading calendar and day‑to‑day key deliverables to ensure targets are met.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business, spot gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of initiatives from ideas to execution.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of tools and systems, providing requirements to tech teams to develop and achieve results.
• Ensure best visual standards are maintained with maximum product exposure across the website and marketing channels, aligning with principal guidelines.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance the customer experience and create immersive brand engagement.
• Liaise with major marketplace partners to secure visibility, participation in mega campaigns, and exclusive deals.
• Plan and execute promotions, flash sales, and campaign initiatives in coordination with platform account managers.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and actionable insights to principals and management.
