Job description
  • Job description : Execute securities, futures, and options and related orders. Reporting to clients timely, orderly, and accurately at all times. Check and monitor customer’s equity and position limits to ensure no over-trading. Escalate immediately on the occurrence of an error, to ensure a detailed account of the error report is made promptly. Assist in dealing with upper brokers regarding trade and product-related matters such as commission, order execution, and product updates. Handle trade and financial product-related matters including holiday announcements, new product launches, and new product testing. Assist with product-related maintenance in the trading system such as futures contract size matching with related exchanges and stock lot size matching with related exchanges. Resolve trade-related transaction issues together with related departments. Involve in trading system enhancement projects.
