Senior Account Executive - Large Enterprise
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing team in Indonesia, focusing on the Large Enterprise segment. You will drive new customer growth by guiding prospects to adopt our enterprise cloud solutions, partnering with sales and channel teams to deliver lasting value.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Perform account planning and coordinate with pre‑sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within medium‑enterprise prospects, sharing the value proposition around our Human Capital Management (HCM) offerings.
- Build and nurture relationships with new customers, managing the deal process and connecting them to Workday solutions.
- Negotiate deals with C‑suite executives to close opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer / prospect pipeline, forecast data.
Qualifications
8+ years experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions, with a preference for ERP / HCM experience.8+ years experience selling through channel partners.Strong hunter mentality with proven track record exceeding sales targets with net new customers.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Benefits
