About the Role The Control Tower Officer is responsible for ensuring the real-time operational health of our EV and battery swap station network.
This role continuously monitors systems, coordinates maintenance activities, and provides rapid response to technical issues to ensure station uptime, customer reliability, and operational excellence.
You will act as the central point of coordination between on-ground teams, technical support, and management — ensuring quick resolution, process discipline, and proactive improvement of our operational network.
What You Will Do Continuously monitor network systems for alarms, warnings, or irregularities through multiple information channels.
Manage end-to-end maintenance and repair workflows — from issue identification to planning, dispatch, and resolution.
Conduct remote diagnostics to identify root causes and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all battery swap stations, tracking performance, conditions, and availability.
Evaluate timeliness and service levels of corrective actions; follow up to ensure closure of open issues.
Respond swiftly to emergencies or malfunctions, coordinating with field technicians, vendors, or external partners as needed.
Develop, refine, and document monitoring, escalation, and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for network improvement.
Coordinate and schedule routine preventive maintenance in collaboration with field teams.
Prepare and submit performance reports on station uptime, incident logs, and maintenance activities.
Provide insights and feedback to improve monitoring tools, automation, and process systems.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
2–5 years of experience in network operations, control tower, monitoring center, or technical operations roles.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in system monitoring, ticketing, or diagnostic tools.
Excellent coordination, multitasking, and communication abilities under time pressure.
Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and process adherence.
Comfortable working in shift or rotating schedules to ensure 24 / 7 network coverage.
Ability to collaborate with both technical and field teams to ensure timely problem resolution.
Nice to Have Experience in EV charging, telecom NOC (Network Operations Center), logistics control tower, or energy infrastructure operations.
Familiarity with remote monitoring tools, IoT dashboards, and alarm management systems.
Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems used in charging or battery swap infrastructure.
Exposure to data visualization and root-cause analysis frameworks.
