Security Engineer - XSIAM Security

Uraian TugasWork on a shift basis to manage the client’s Cortex XSIAM system, including data source onboarding, feature integration, correlation & detection rule management, automation playbook setup, and troubleshooting as required Manage device upgrade and post‑production implementation services based on feasibility findings Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, and provide respective reports Support incident prevention and consultative services related to the client’s security posture Assist in creating technical best‑practice manuals and documents concerning the Cortex XSIAM system (log ingestion, automation reports, alert & incident reports, status updates) Coordinate with operators regarding preparation and required configuration during XSIAM implementation processes
Talent Acquisition - Packet System Indonesia
Requirements :
- Having a Bachelor's Degree in Information System (or similar Major) from a reputable university
- Willing to work in an on-site environment with shifting working hours (6 AM - 3 PM OR 1 PM - 10 PM)
- Possessing a solid 2 years experience in managing Palo Alto's Cortex XSIAM product, focusing on the operational / maintenance phase
- Must possess a valid Palo Alto's XSIAM certification for either "Palo Alto Network Certified XSIAM Engineer" or "Palo Alto Network Certified XSIAM Analyst"
- Strong and proven portfolio in SOC operational platform, incident management, and cyber attack management
- Able to work under pressure; excellent target‑fulfillment orientation within a constrained time‑line
- Good English capability, both verbal and written
