- Lead and manage the production support team for applications related to IT payment systems, EFT switching, and card management systems.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical applications.
- Provide hands-on technical support and problem resolution for complex issues.
- Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to drive continuous improvement.
