Uraian TugasBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; additional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. Proven experience 5 years in a senior finance role, ideally as a Financial Controller or equivalent. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. English is a must.

As the Financial Controller, you will hold the pivotal responsibility of overseeing the financial facets of our client's organization, guaranteeing precision, adherence to regulations, and strategic planning. This role necessitates a seasoned professional with a robust background in finance and a demonstrated history of adept financial control and management.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead the budgeting process and develop comprehensive financial forecasts.
- Monitor variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes.
