We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Import Manager to oversee the management of import-related documents and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. This role is critical to maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all documentation processes within our import operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, review, and control all import documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, COO, Insurance, and Customs documents).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws .
• Develop and implement document control procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth document flow.
• Maintain a secure and organized documentation system for audits and inspections.
• Monitor deadlines for submission of documents to avoid shipment delays.
• Lead and supervise the Document Control team , providing training and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the compliance and operations teams to minimize risks and discrepancies.
