Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and select qualified sales and related positions in the Indonesian market to ensure recruitment quality and efficiency.
  • Implement and execute recruitment and HR plans in Indonesia in line with headquarters' strategy.
  • Build and maintain a local talent pool, and expand recruitment channels (online platforms, headhunters, industry resources, etc.).
  • Organize onboarding training for sales and business teams to ensure quick adaptation.
  • Coordinate and support HR communications between headquarters and the Indonesia branch to ensure strategic goals are achieved.
  • Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Be familiar with Indonesian company registration processes, labor law, and taxation regulations to support compliant operations.
  • Regularly submit recruitment, HR, and compliance reports to headquarters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment or HR management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, company registration processes, and taxation.
  • Familiar with the Indonesian recruitment market and labor compliance procedures.
  • Fluent in Mandarin or English, and proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Excellent recruitment skills, resource integration, organizational coordination, and execution abilities.
