About this Position
Executes engineering tasks based on defined designs and specifications, collaborates with external contractors to ensure quality delivery, sets up and calibrates complex manufacturing equipment, and drives process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.

- Executes the operational plan of an engineering task based on engineering designs and work specifications
- Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products
- Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications
- Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related fieldCandidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience are welcomeKnowledge of glue applicatorsUnderstanding of packaging and labelling machinery, including maintenance skillsProficiency in PC skills, including office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparationPreferred (can be developed after joining through a development plan and training) : -Knowledge of adhesives
