Responsibilities

• Supporting core banking-related activities and reviewing impact on changes.
• Analyzing alternatives to provide a high-quality and cost-effective solution for our users.
• Performing application enhancement reviews in accordance with user requirements, budget, timeline, and aligned with HSBC governance, processes, standards, and tooling.
• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.
• Providing operational support of applications under your responsibility.
