About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the sales and technical functions. Your main responsibility will be to design scalable, high-impact solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Your work will shape client engagement, drive market expansion, and ensure successful implementation of our technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Acted as the primary liaison to the partners, leading major cross-functional business and technology design decisions
• Provided technical presales leadership across the regions, supporting regional sales pipelines
• Delivered compelling demos and solution presentations, demonstrating Igloo product value and driving client interest
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and implement the solution for strategic clients
• Enhance client digital marketing capabilities and customer engagement outcomes
• Oversee solution design and delivery across multiple product lines and distribution channels
• Ensure successful production deployment and system integration
• Ensured seamless production launches and system integrations for mission-critical implementations
