Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Solution Engineer located in South Jakarta. The Solution Engineer will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions for clients. Responsibilities include software development, consulting with clients to understand their needs, performing presales activities, and ensuring successful system integration. The candidate will also provide technical expertise to support the sales process and deliver tailored recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the commercial team during presales to assess client needs and craft end‑to‑end technical solutions.
• Design and present customized solutions using Moovr.id APIs, integrations, and low‑code automation tools.
• Lead technical demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), and client workshops.
• Develop solution blueprints, system diagrams, and API workflows to communicate integration flows clearly.
• Partner with the product team to relay customer feedback and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Support tender submissions and RFP responses with accurate technical documentation.
• Act as a trusted technical consultant during the sales cycle — ensuring smooth handoff to the implementation team.
