Qiscus is an AI-powered omnichannel customer engagement platform that enables businesses to meet the rising expectations for exceptional Customer Experiences (CX) by facilitating timely and intuitive conversations at scale . We are now in the midst of expanding beyond Indonesia. For this purpose, we are currently looking for a dynamic and passionate technical sales personnel to contribute to our business expansion strategy. If you find that you fit this role, come join us!

What You Will Do :

  • Understand prospective clients requirements comprehensively during sales processes
  • Provide accurate assessment and solution formulation that help prospective clients achieve their objectives
  • Respond in a timely way to product / solution related enquiries
  • Keep track of key account metrics on the effectiveness of recommended solutions
  • Communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate upgrading of product knowledge in Qiscus Business team
  • Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities

What You Will Bring to the Role :

  • Possess experience in business development or technical assessment in the IT sector, particularly, SaaS
  • Have sufficient technical understanding regarding software implementation as well as technical knowledge to appreciate the technical aspects of real-time communication technologies
  • Good technical and product knowledge and working knowledge of sales software
  • Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to management
  • Ability to manage and coordinate between different entities / contact points while doing so remotely / physically where necessary
  • Have an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, be it online or in-person
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English is a must (written and spoken)
