Job descriptionPossess experience in business development or technical assessment in the IT sector, particularly, SaaS Have sufficient technical understanding regarding software implementation as well as technical knowledge to appreciate the technical aspects of real-time communication technologies Good technical and product knowledge and working knowledge of sales software Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to management Ability to manage and coordinate between different entities / contact points while doing so remotely / physically where necessary Have an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, be it online or in-person Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English is a must (written and spoken)

What You Will Do :
- Understand prospective clients requirements comprehensively during sales processes
- Provide accurate assessment and solution formulation that help prospective clients achieve their objectives
- Respond in a timely way to product / solution related enquiries
- Keep track of key account metrics on the effectiveness of recommended solutions
- Communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate upgrading of product knowledge in Qiscus Business team
- Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities
