Technical Sales Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with a strong network and relationships in the coal mining and minerals industry , along with excellent interpersonal skills, to support the rapid sales growth of our material handling business in Indonesia.

A key responsibility of this role is developing new and expanded business opportunities, excellence in problem solving and technical sales in the region, to exceed the sales plans through effective client and team partnerships.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated self-starter , entrepreneurial in nature and have a strong drive to succeed, with relevant experience and industry contacts in the coal mining and mineral market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, problem solve, pursue, and secure new and expanded business opportunities within the coal mining and minerals industry in Indonesia.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consultative and value-based selling.
• Lead and manage all sales activities within the coal mining and minerals industry segment to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to communicate technical details and project objectives.
• Support customer service and project delivery functions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
