Lead Central Processing Excellence

Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information and collaborating with team members. Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements. Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Proficient in process improvement tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc. Keen attention to detail to ensure processes are followed accurately and improvements are implemented correctly. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop new solutions and improvements. Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and new challenges. Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in process mapping and analysis software. Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant technology platforms.
Job Description
- Identify, analyze, and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Develop and implement new processes that streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Ensure that all processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards of operation.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and process optimization.
- Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Develop training programs to educate staff on new processes and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure proper implementation of process improvements.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
