Uraian Tugas

Supply Chain Sr. Manager - Medical Device

Develop, improve, and implement efficient methods for import documentation and filing.
Ensure all import and export operations run effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor and stay updated on all government regulations related to import, export, and logistics activities.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain a zero-complaint standard for delivery performance.
Conduct vendor and product comparisons to identify and select the most suitable suppliers.
Ensure all supply chain processes comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, operations, finance) to develop and execute coordinated strategies for business growth.
Oversee warehouse management and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.
Manage and optimize logistics and distribution processes to improve overall efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the healthcare or medical device.

Must hold a valid Customs Expert Certification (PPJK).

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Preferably certified in Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Management.

Strong proficiency in relevant supply chain and warehouse management software.

Advanced knowledge of supply chain processes, warehouse operations, and logistics management.

Proven experience in import and export handling.

Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem‑solving ability.
