• Ensure all import and export operations run effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitor and stay updated on all government regulations related to import, export, and logistics activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain a zero-complaint standard for delivery performance.
• Conduct vendor and product comparisons to identify and select the most suitable suppliers.
• Ensure all supply chain processes comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, operations, finance) to develop and execute coordinated strategies for business growth.
• Oversee warehouse management and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage and optimize logistics and distribution processes to improve overall efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
