As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function to support the strategic objectives of our organization. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Foster a positive organizational culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
Design and implement performance management systems to drive accountability and high performance.
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
Identify training needs and implement professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
Requirement :
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a conglomerate or large organization.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
