GROUP SALES & EVENT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities :

• Event Concept & Client Coordination

Act as the main liaison for clients, clarify event objectives, and design tailored event concepts.

Develop and manage event budgets, schedules, reservations, and vendor contracts.

Supervise event execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless client experience.

Prepare event reports, review performance, and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

Identify new event opportunities, prepare proposals, close sales, and represent the brand externally.

Coordinate across departments and manage contracts, billing, inventory, and documentation.

Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance, and develop contingency plans for emergencies.
