Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and other important data
  • Create and maintain good relationships with Vendors / Suppliers
  • Make professional decisions in fast-paced environment
  • Review and analyze all vendors / suppliers, supply and price options
  • Develop plans for the purchasing equipment, services and supplies
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems.
  • Have min. 3 years previous experience as procurement officer or related positions.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Have excellent communication and negotiable skill.
  • Committed to work, Innovative, Responsible, Pro-active, Able to handle challenges.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and writing.
