Your Role
As a Sourcing & Procurement Management Consultant, you will work seamlessly with client teams to deliver engagement capabilities. Strong consultative, business, and communication skills, along with quantitative abilities, are essential.
- Understand end-to-end source-to-pay processes (budgeting, planning, sourcing, procurement, payment)
- Be familiar with spend analysis and cost-saving levers in procurement
- Track and report key procurement metrics to reduce costs and improve effectiveness
- Implement sourcing and category management strategies such as TCO, supplier collaboration, design to cost, risk management, price leverage, organizational design, operating model, digital procurement, etc.
- Assess and drive transformational improvements in purchasing and sourcing organizations
- Perform cost, scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Forecast market and pricing trends
- Develop negotiation strategies and lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals
Your Experience
Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, Industrial Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields with sourcing & procurement experience4+ years in sourcing and procurement roles, either in industry or consulting2+ years with sourcing & vendor management tools and e-Procurement software (e.g., SRM, ARIBA)2+ years working with procurement contracts and related laws (Indonesia preferred)Experience in resources (utilities, oil & gas, mining) or product industries (FMCG, industrial goods, automotive, IT / Hi-Tech)Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and G SuiteProfessional Skills
