Uraian TugasBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior sourcing, procurement, or supply chain role. Demonstrated expertise in identifying and developing new manufacturing and supplier partnerships. Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed cost analysis and market research. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to travel as required to visit suppliers and factories.

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Sourcing Head to lead their procurement and partnership development efforts. The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator and buyer with a proven ability to identify, evaluate, and secure a global network of high-quality material suppliers and factory partners. This role requires a proactive leader who can develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies that ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while building strong, long-term relationships that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy : Develop and implement a global sourcing strategy for all raw materials, components, and finished goods, aligning with the companys quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Supplier Identification : Proactively research and identify potential new suppliers, manufacturers, and factory partners both domestically and internationally.
- Partnership Development : Lead the evaluation, qualification, and onboarding of new partners, establishing robust relationships and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Negotiation & Contracts : Conduct all contract negotiations with suppliers and partners to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality agreements.
- Procurement Management : Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from material purchasing and inventory management to ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Performance Management : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis : Stay informed on market trends, material costs, and supply chain risks to inform sourcing decisions and mitigate potential disruptions.
