Key responsibility

• Oversee the entire Carsome offline sourcing strategy nationwide
• Scale up the business Carsome offline sourcing through ensure the supply used car from all new car dealers across Indonesia
• Responsible for target achievement both sales matrix and profitability
• Lead more than 100 offline sourcing team across Indonesia
• Working together with across function to ensure company KPI achieve especially in offline sourcing KPI
• Build a strong relationship with new car dealers & sales agent dealership to ensure Carsome presence and strong penetration in new car dealership.
• Ensure all account executives have a strong knowledge in recruit sales agent dealers.
• Develop a strategy for offline sourcing NCD to ensure the target achievement.
