Head of Procurement

Position Summary : The Head of Procurement will be a key strategic leader responsible for developing and executing the company's procurement strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of the procurement function, ensuring optimal cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services critical to our data center operations. The successful candidate will drive best practices in supplier management, negotiation, risk mitigation, and procurement processes, directly contributing to the company's financial performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership :

Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives, growth plans, and financial targets.

Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from vendor selection and negotiation to contract management and performance monitoring.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing procurement team.

Develop and implement robust supplier performance management programs, including scorecards and regular business reviews.

Drive cost reduction initiatives across all procurement categories without compromising quality or service levels.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and international standards.

Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal departments to understand their requirements and facilitate smooth procurement processes.
