Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate methodologies and findings. Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a multicultural and cross-functional environment. Fluency in both written and spoken English. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and interest in contributing to a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the operations team to gain a deep understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
- Partnering with the technology team to understand the database schema and ensure effective data extraction.
- Automating weekly and monthly operational reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Designing and developing dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of customer and teacher behaviors to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Driving projects aimed at improving conversion rates, including analysis of lead-to-purchase funnels and customer demographics.
- Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports and dashboards.
- Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Supporting strategic initiatives by providing data-driven inputs to product, marketing, and operations teams.
