What you will do
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts across the HR industry in IndonesiaIdentify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new clientsUnderstand client needs and provide tailored solutionsAchieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growthCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellenceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developmentsWork in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting Pulsifi's Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes but is not limited to the organization's Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy & Password Management PolicyYou meet all or most of these requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales and key account management in HR or related industriesKnowledge of the Indonesian market landscape in HR or other related industriesExisting strong connections and a broad network, preferably within the HR space in Indonesia, across multiple industriesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrategic thinker with a customer‑centric approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluent in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishWhy work with Pulsifi
