Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, booking appointments, and nurturing initial relationships with potential clients. This role is pivotal to driving the success of our sales pipeline and creating opportunities for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads in the assigned territory using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
Schedule high-quality meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders for the sales team.
Understand customer needs and identify how our products / services can address their challenges.
Keep the CRM system up-to-date with accurate and complete information about prospects and opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and promotions.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, appointments booked, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
