Location : Bogor, West Java (Hybrid working days)

Company : Our Client (Global Manufacturing Industry)

Our client is looking for a Legal Manager to join their team! If you have a strong background in commercial law and business regulations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage all legal affairs related to the company and its group operations in Indonesia.
  • Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with local and international business regulations.
  • Handle contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management.
  • Support the business in making strategic decisions by assessing legal risks and business implications.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, legal firms, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure company compliance with licenses, permits, and corporate governance regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support legal aspects of business operations.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree (S1) in Law.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturting industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong background in commercial law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and influencing skills.
  • Business insight ability to understand profit drivers and growth strategies.
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrates high integrity.
  • Willing to travel for business when needed.
