• Monitoring performance of agents through coaching, counseling, and mentoring.
• Implementing coordination processes with other units related to daily operations.
• Reporting daily activities and being responsible to the supervisor.
• Monitoring day-to-day operational activities in coordination with the supervisor.
• Creating daily and weekly reports.
• Providing recommendations for improvement programs and training to the supervisor.
