Training Specialist (Facility Management)

Uraian TugasAssess FM manpower performance and quality Provide coaching Develop comprehensive training materials : manuals / modules related to FM soft services Implement training programs tailored to different skill levels Create and maintain SOPs for various FM tasks Facilitate in-person workshops, including hands-on training Conduct virtual learning sessions Lead induction and on-the-job training Build success matrices Conduct quality and performance audits Monitor and evaluate training outcomes Stay updated with industry trends Revise and improve training materials Maintain detailed records of training activities Ensure proper documentation of SOPs, training materials, and safety standards Design solutions for FM projects Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience in FM, with at least 2 years in a training role Strong knowledge of FM soft services, including cleaning, security, etc. Proven experience in creating and delivering training programs, including SOP development Strong understanding of service quality standards and KPIs for performance evaluation Ability to design and implement learning modules Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to engage learners
