Assess FM manpower performance and qualityProvide coachingTraining Program Design :
Develop comprehensive training materials : manuals / modules related to FM soft servicesImplement training programs tailored to different skill levelsCreate and maintain SOPs for various FM tasksTraining Delivery :
Facilitate in-person workshops, including hands-on trainingConduct virtual learning sessionsLead induction and on-the-job trainingService Quality :
Build success matricesConduct quality and performance auditsMonitor and evaluate training outcomesContinuous Improvement :
Stay updated with industry trendsRevise and improve training materialsReporting and Documentation :
Maintain detailed records of training activitiesEnsure proper documentation of SOPs, training materials, and safety standardsProject Roll-Out Preparation :
Design solutions for FM projectsRequirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years experience in FM, with at least 2 years in a training roleStrong knowledge of FM soft services, including cleaning, security, etc.Proven experience in creating and delivering training programs, including SOP developmentStrong understanding of service quality standards and KPIs for performance evaluationAbility to design and implement learning modulesExcellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to engage learners#J-18808-Ljbffr
