The Opportunity

We’re looking for a  Head of Online Sales  who’s ready to lead, innovate, and dominate the SaaS space in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, you’ll be in the driver’s seat to scale Youtap’s Online POS SaaS, build a  fast-moving sales engine , and capture the hearts (and wallets 💳) of merchants, QSRs, and restaurants nationwide.

This isn’t your typical sales role.

We’re not door knockers, and we don’t pitch on the shop floor. Everything we do is  online, digital-first, and powered through our modern applications . That means your experience must already match the future—we need a  guru of SaaS and digital sales , someone who knows how to drive acquisition, retention, and growth in a fully online world.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Be the architect of Youtap’s  online growth engine .
  • Build funnels that convert like crazy— predictable, scalable, unstoppable .

  • Handpick and grow a  high-energy sales squad .
  • Create a culture that’s bold, data-driven, and always leveling up.
  • Lead with purpose, inspire with vision, and coach for results.

  • Spot opportunities others miss.  Turn insights into market wins .
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft  killer campaigns and digital journeys .
  • Stay sharp on trends, competitors, and what’s next—always one step ahead.

    • Customer Impact

  • Deliver a  frictionless onboarding and adoption experience .
  • Partner with Customer Success to keep customers hooked and happy.
  • Channel customer love (and pain points) straight into product innovation.

  • Build and track dashboards that tell the real story.
  • Report wins, learnings, and growth hacks to leadership.
  • Manage pricing and deals with a  profitability-first mindset .

    • Who You Are

  • 7+ years in sales, with  3+ years in SaaS / Fintech / Tech —but you still bring a  startup hustle mentality .
  • Proven success building and scaling  digital-first sales teams  in Indonesia.
  • A master of  CRM, growth funnels, and digital lead gen .
  • Deep insights into  SME, QSR, and restaurant ecosystems .
  • A natural  storyteller and deal-closer  with killer negotiation and relationship skills.
  • Data-obsessed, AI literate, target-driven, and fluent in  Bahasa Indonesia + English .
