Job Description
- Manage production systems and drive continuous improvements across all production aspects, including Safety and 5S implementation.
- Coordinate and ensure the execution of all production activities, including scheduling, resourcing, work assignments, and tracking daily results (actual vs. planned), while continuously enhancing team performance.
- Lead daily production activities, collaborating closely with Production Supervisors and the Maintenance / Engineering team to achieve machine efficiency targets.
- Administer personnel actions, including disciplinary measures, role rotations, promotions, terminations, salary adjustments, and professional development for all subordinates.
