General Manager Operations

Position Overview :

The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Appliances Holding Company. This role is a key leadership position, reporting directly to the owner, and will be responsible for managing various operational functions including Standard Operating Procedures, Production Planning and Inventory Control, warehousing, logistics, and overall supply chain management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity across all departments.
• Ensure all operational activities are in line with the company's standards and policies.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs across all operational areas.
• Ensure SOP compliance and consistency throughout the organization.
• Lead the PPIC team to optimize production schedules, inventory levels, and material flow.
• Implement best practices to reduce production costs and improve product availability.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet demand forecasts and minimize downtime.
• Manage warehousing operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution.
• Oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Implement and monitor KPIs for warehousing and logistics performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to distribution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure business continuity.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team.
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
