Uraian TugasIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity. Address challenges and implement solutions in real-time to maintain project alignment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met. Provide regular, comprehensive project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Implement best practices in project management to optimize processes and drive efficiency. Contribute to the development of frameworks that enhance scalability and sustainability of fintech solutions, including cloud and closed-loop payment systems. Work closely with technical teams to oversee cloud infrastructure readiness, production scalability, and telemetry monitoring using tools like New Relic, Terraform, and Helm. Ensure that project deliverables align with business goals, compliance standards, and customer expectations. Proven experience (3–5 years) in project management, preferably in fintech or software development. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices. Familiarity with closed-loop payment systems, financial transaction throughput, or telemetry monitoring. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or computer science Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project) Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or related project management methodologies. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Helm. Background in managing projects focused on merchant fee optimization or transaction processing.
