About The Team

Corporate IT is the backbone of our business. As a Project Manager at Corporate IT based in Indonesia, you will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of IT infrastructure projects in Indonesia and co-work with the HQ Project Management team to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished on time and in accordance with the business requirements.

About The Team

Corporate IT is the backbone of our business. As a Project Manager at Corporate IT based in Indonesia, you will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of IT infrastructure projects in Indonesia and co-work with the HQ Project Management team to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished on time and in accordance with the business requirements.

Job Description

• Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements
• Work closely with HQ Project team to maintain and implement global standardized solutions and frameworks for IT services
• Translate business IT requirements into technical requirements precisely. Drive full-scale infrastructure project proposal with the technical team and HQ team to present to management
• Define resource allocation, project scope, roles and responsibilities and project timeline
• Drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery. Review and report to stakeholders regularly as a timely update
• Identify and address problems that arise with the project team. Decide alternatives / work-around in time to ensure project deliverables still meet expectations
• Ensure UAT / SIT acceptable from project personnel and report to stakeholders on project outcomes to conduct proper project closure and handover to operation phase
• Create and maintain records of project documentations
