Role

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving all revenue‑generating activities within the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will design and implement a clear sales strategy, develop scalable processes, and build a high‑performing team to accelerate adoption of Cyberr’s Tech‑only recruitment packages and Enterprise solutions. This role demands both strategic vision and hands‑on execution. The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless alignment across the customer journey, while also identifying new market opportunities and partnerships that enhance Cyberr’s reach and revenue potential.

Responsibilities

  • Drive all revenue‑generating activities within the organization.
  • Design and implement a clear, scalable sales strategy.
  • Develop processes that support efficient sales operations across multiple markets.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing sales team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand Cyberr’s reach and revenue potential.

Qualifications

  • Proven record of scaling SaaS or recruitment‑tech sales.
  • Deep expertise in B2B growth strategies.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong background in building and managing sales organizations.
  • Strategic understanding of the SaaS or HRTech landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire clients and teams.
  • A passion for designing repeatable, data‑driven systems that deliver consistent performance and predictable growth.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or the broader technology talent space is an advantage.
