Role
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving all revenue‑generating activities within the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will design and implement a clear sales strategy, develop scalable processes, and build a high‑performing team to accelerate adoption of Cyberr’s Tech‑only recruitment packages and Enterprise solutions. This role demands both strategic vision and hands‑on execution. The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless alignment across the customer journey, while also identifying new market opportunities and partnerships that enhance Cyberr’s reach and revenue potential.
