Finance Accounting Manager

Job Description

This position oversees accounting, finance and tax responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and tax management.

Accounting

Monthly & yearly closing, prepare balance details, clean up BS and reconcile all BS accounts, check & verify day‑to‑day transactions (related compliance, PSAK / IFRS). Technical skills required in accounting software and enterprise system SAP. Liaise with external / internal auditors, develop & manage financial budget & forecast, enforce policies and procedures, and establish proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

Finance

Maintain and forecast cash flow, develop and maintain relationships with banks, collaborate with other business units to ensure effective financial planning.

Tax

Understand and operate core tax, prepare all taxes, reconciliation and equalization, prepare CITR, monthly tax reports and other tax reporting, liaise with tax auditor, update on tax regulation, international tax, TP documentation, minimize tax risk & penalty.

Requirements

• bachelor's degree in Accounting / Tax / Public Accountant
• Possesses Brevet A, B & C certificates
• total of 10 years experience in finance, accounting & tax with minimum 5 years experience as finance accounting manager in trading company
• Japanese company is preferred
• excellent English proficiency is mandatory
• understand and operates SAP
• willing to travel domestically & overseas for business trip purposes
• excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and in a team
• outstanding leadership skillset and decision maker
