•Pendidikan Minimal S1, Semua Jurusan (Sipil/Arsitek preferably)
•Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Sales B2B/Tenant relation/Business Development
•Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi dan presentasi yang baik dan memiliki networking yang luas.
•Menguasai Ms. Power Point & Ms. Excel.
•Penempatan Di Bandung

•Membuat target penjualan dan memasaran area komersial di Summarecon Bandung
•Membuat presentasi dan penawaran untuk area komersial
•Melakukan survei harga kavling komersial secara berkala
•Mengkoordinasikan kebutuhan bangunan tenant komersial dengan bagian Proyek, Planning & Design
•Menyusun perjanjian kerjasama dengan Dept Legal dan Litigasi
•Menangani komplain yang berhubungan dengan pembelian area komersial
