Legal Specialist | For Our Client

Role Description

• Responsible for advising on various legal matters and assisting in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
• Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, handling legal research, and drafting legal documents.
• Providing legal support to corporate actions, such as new business projects, business expansion, partnership, etc (including the regulations, permits & formalities related to these actions)
• Providing legal advice and updates to business & management on commercial and corporate matters to ensure that the company avoids legal risks that harm the company
• Ensuring sustainability of business licenses (permits & formalities) exist and are complete for all departments
• Acting as the coordinating system, compliance, and other audits to which the company may be subjected from time to time
