Recruitment and Workforce Administration :
- Oversees the complete recruitment process, from posting job openings and reviewing applications to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Manages workforce administration tasks such as employee contracts, job assignments, and workforce planning to ensure optimal staff allocation.
Employee Records and Attendance Management :
Maintains and updates employee records, including personal details, employment history, performance reviews, and any relevant certifications.Tracks employee attendance, leave balances, and absences, ensuring accurate records for payroll and compliance purposes.Compliance and Documentation :
Ensures that all HR practices and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Prepares and maintains comprehensive documentation, including employment contracts, policies, procedures, and other HR-related documents.Client Invoicing and Reporting :
Prepares and issues client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Generates regular reports on workforce metrics, project progress, and financial data to support decision-making and client communication.Liaison and Coordination :
Acts as a central point of contact between teams, employees, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.Supports internal coordination by addressing issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members.Operational Efficiency :
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements strategies to enhance operational efficiency.Provides support in resolving operational issues and ensures that daily HR and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.Job Requirements :
